KATHRYN GRAHAM

M.S.W., LCSW

Kathryn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in working with adults who have experienced trauma as a child and/or adult, including survivors of sexual assault or abuse, and victims of racial and generational trauma. She also focuses on treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, narcissistic abuse, and complex life issues. Kathryn’s training as a Certified Sexual Assault Counselor and as an EMDR practitioner, with a specialization in grief, informs her treatment by looking beyond the presenting symptoms and asking, “What happened to you?” instead of “what’s wrong with you?”

Kathryn is experienced in serving a diverse range of clients, including working with people of color from different ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds, and providing gender-affirming care. She believes that everyone deserves to live a life free from the burden of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Kathryn uses a variety of modalities including CBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR to personalize treatment to her client’s needs, meeting them where they are and treating them with respect and compassion. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
