Building resilience, one
session at a time

I am a counselor dedicated to helping clients build resilience, confidence and the skills to navigate life's challenges. I work with adolescents and adults, with a particular passion for supporting teens through the pressures of school, relationships and growing up.

Before joining Liv Associates, I spent nearly a decade in school mental health, serving as a school counselor, Director of Counseling and Mental Health Coordinator. That work gave me extensive experience with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, academic stress and life transitions. It also strengthened my ability to collaborate with families to support meaningful, lasting progress.

"My clients describe our sessions as deep, insightful, lighthearted and comforting. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected and empowered to grow."

My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic therapy. Together, we explore patterns beneath the surface while building practical strategies for everyday life.
