About Ana
Fifteen years of care, offered
in the language you need most
Anabeli (Ana) Gonzalez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Holy Family University. She provides services in both English and Spanish, making her a valuable resource for clients and families who feel most understood in their native language.
Ana's experience spans an exceptionally wide range of presenting concerns: from trauma, PTSD, and crisis intervention to ADHD, mood disorders, self-harm, and the complex challenges that arise in family systems, including intergenerational child-rearing dynamics and intercultural adaptation. Her work with gender identity and her deep understanding of how cultural context shapes a person's experience reflect her genuine commitment to meeting every client exactly where they are.
At the core of Ana's work is a belief that every person carries strengths, and that therapy is most effective when it identifies and builds on those strengths rather than focusing solely on problems. She works collaboratively with clients to reduce emotional pain, improve daily functioning, and help them move toward more balanced, healthier lives.
"Ana's goal is to provide hope, alleviate emotional pain, and support clients in building the balanced, fulfilling lives they deserve."
Outside of her clinical work, Ana values time with family and loves to travel. That same curiosity about people and cultures is exactly what defines how she shows up for her clients every day.

Builds self-awareness, independence, and self-esteem, empowering clients and families to trust themselves and grow in the ways that matter most to them.
Relational & Communication Work
Explores unhealthy communication patterns within families and relationships, creating space for more honest, connected, and functional ways of relating.
