Bailey Marcucci

Bailey Marcucci is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Bachelor of Science in Art Therapy and Psychology from Lesley University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in art therapy, from Caldwell University. With more than 12 years of experience spanning multiple levels of the human services and mental health field, she brings a clinical depth and versatility shaped by sustained work with individuals at every developmental stage and with a wide range of diagnoses and life circumstances.

Bailey's approach is trauma-informed and eclectic at its core, anchored in person-centered therapy and enriched by elements of CBT, DBT, and ACT, each drawn in as the client and the moment call for it. Alongside traditional talk therapy, she offers art therapy and expressive approaches as an optional creative pathway, meeting clients wherever they are and following their lead throughout the process.

Bailey works with individuals from childhood through older adulthood and brings particular depth to supporting those with neurodevelopmental differences, personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD and CPTSD, and challenges connected to life transitions, caretaker stress, and legal or judicial involvement. Across every population she serves, she is committed to creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where each person feels genuinely safe to explore their experience and grow.
