Mind-Body Connection and Creative Expression in Therapy

When appropriate, Caraleigh integrates the mind-body connection into counseling by using techniques such as movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Drawing from her dance/movement therapy expertise, she incorporates creative expression in therapy to help clients foster relaxation, emotional regulation, and self-discovery. Whether through gentle movement or expressive arts, she believes engaging the body in therapy can unlock insights and promote deeper healing. These somatic and creative methods empower clients to explore their emotions in a safe, supportive environment.

Collaborative, Strengths-Based Healing

Caraleigh is committed to building a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. She believes that creativity, humor, and personal strengths are powerful tools for healing and transformation. By highlighting each individual’s strengths and interests, she helps clients feel empowered and motivated throughout their healing journey.
