for adults navigating addiction and beyond

Lynsey Reiss is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselor (CAADC) with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Delaware Valley University. She has built her clinical foundation working with adults who have addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders across both inpatient and outpatient settings, and brings that depth of experience to a broad range of challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorders, schizoaffective and schizophrenia disorders, life transitions, and stress management.

Lynsey's approach is humanistic and person-centered at its core, grounded in a genuine belief that each client is the expert on their own life and will ultimately lead their own healing. She draws from a wide and flexible toolkit, integrating strengths-based work, CBT and DBT, attachment-based therapy, Nonviolent Communication, EMDR, Stages of Change, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, somatic practices, and a multicultural lens that honors each person's individual background, cultural dynamics, and worldview.

Lynsey works with adults 18 and older of all backgrounds and abilities, and provides affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients. She is committed to creating a space where every person who walks through the door feels safe, supported, and genuinely welcome to grow.
