About Sarah
A collaborative, integrative approach
for getting unstuck and moving forward
Sarah Prince is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Eastern University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from Muhlenberg College. She works with adolescents and adults managing depression, anxiety (including OCD and phobias), trauma, ADHD, body image concerns, academic and career stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Her work is grounded in the belief that feeling stuck is a common human experience, and that with the right support, meaningful change is within reach for anyone willing to explore it.
Sarah's approach is collaborative and integrative, shaped around each client's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (including emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Exposure and Response Prevention. Trauma-informed care is a consistent thread through her practice, informing how she understands the behaviors and patterns that often emerge from difficult experiences and ensuring that the pace and direction of treatment always follows the client's lead.
Therapy works best when it begins with understanding where someone is and what matters to them. The goal is to help each person reconnect with their own strengths and values so that real, lasting change becomes possible.
Her certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis adds a behavioral lens that complements her broader therapeutic toolkit, particularly when working with clients navigating ADHD and anxiety-driven patterns. Sarah has a particular interest in body image, academic and career stress, and the relational difficulties that often surface during major life transitions. Virtual sessions are available on Saturdays.
