Gabrielle (Gabby) Moyer, MA, LPC

Title: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Hi, I’m Gabby Moyer, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they manage life transitions, address mental health concerns, and heal from trauma. Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, friends, and three dogs. I’m also a big Philadelphia sports fan (Go Birds!) and enjoy creating game-day snacks. Traveling has given me the chance to explore countries across Europe and Africa, but my favorite place will always be Fenwick Island, Delaware, where I spend summers with family.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based practices such as:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Reframes negative thinking patterns and builds healthy coping skills.

Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT): Provides structured support for safely processing trauma and fostering resilience.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Teaches mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Encourages acceptance of difficult emotions while aligning actions with personal values.

If you’re feeling stuck, struggling with self-doubt, or looking to strengthen your mental health, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and healing.
