Join our 8-week Mindful Movement Group designed specifically for women aged 55 and older. This is a therapeutic group rooted in evidence-based techniques that support mental health through gentle, body-based practices.
GROUP FOCUS:
• Enhancing emotional regulation through movement
• Reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and isolation
• Cultivating present-moment awareness and body connection
• Supporting nervous system regulation and increasing emotional tolerance
WHO IS THIS FOR:
• Women aged 55+ seeking support for stress, depression, anxiety, grief, or life transitions.
• This is not a fitness or recreational class. It is a mental health support group facilitated by a licensed therapist

Day/Time: Thursdays @ 10am to 11am & 12pm to 1pm

Duration: 8-weeks
Led by: Caraleigh Moore MA, R-DMT, LPC - Caraleigh is a licensed professional counselor, registered dance/movement therapist, and certified yoga instructor
CONSIDERATIONS: Accommodations will be made for all mobility levels, no movement experience necessary. Most movements will take place in a chair with times for optional standing.

Group Therapy for Emotional Regulation
Are you looking for creative ways to manage anxiety, express your emotions, and build inner resilience in a safe, supportive space? Join our 6-week Art Therapy Anxiety Skills Group designed specifically for Teens ages 14–16. This therapeutic group uses evidence-based art therapy techniques to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and promote self-expression—no artistic experience required.
GROUP FOCUS:
• Learn to express emotions through creative art activities
• Explore the connection between anxiety and emotional responses
• Develop healthy coping strategies in a supportive environment
• Practice self-expression without needing to use words
• Improve emotional regulation, mindfulness, and stress management
•Connect with peers experiencing similar challenges
WHO IS THIS FOR:
• Youths experiencing anxiety who have an intrest in create self-expression

Led by: Lillian Beach M.P.S., LCAT, LPC, ATR-BC - Lillian is a licensed professional counselor, who earned her Masters of Professional Studies in art therapy.

Who This Group Is For:
Teens and adults who experience mood swings, anxiety, depression, self-harm urges, or who struggle with emotional regulation and relationship difficulties. This group is ideal as a supplement to individual therapy.
